“Norvestor provided me with a steep learning curve, as well the opportunity to build on and immerse myself in what I've learned from school and previous workplaces. As an integral part of the team, you achieve a healthy balance between being able to draw on knowledge from experienced team members and self-accountability, the space in which you learn the most.”
- Julius Tärning, intern VT-2022
